All items are shipped with the Swedish Postal Agency. The customer is responsible for any extra fees applied in his/her country regarding customs, duties and taxes.Returns & Cancellations
All jewellery is made to order. Therefore returns are only possible if the order arrives damaged. A request for a return must be made within 10 days after arrival of the order.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer and MUR Jewellery will not replace returned jewellery lost in shipment.

In case of cancellation of an already processed order a handling fee will be deducted from the original order total.
